The location is VERY convenient. The front desk team was superb! The staff were helpful. Check-in was straightforward, and I received a complimentary late check-out. The staff was friendly and approachable.

The reception staff was helpful at all times. the room was clean. I found this to be important. breakfast was very good with plenty of options. the hotel's location proved convenient, it was close to the town center.
the lampshades in my room had some slight staining, but it was a minor issue.

The staff showed efficiency and rooms were quite clean. I liked the spacious room fitted with available tea and coffee. The hotel offered a car park around the corner with overnight parking reduction, it was convenient.
I found stains on the carpet in the room and a slight urine odor. It felt a bit unclean. There were only a few lamps, so the lighting was not good.

the location IS great. It is very central to many attractions. The room had fast wifi. I used it for work on my laptop each evening. The staff are very friendly. They were always helpful . The bed was comfy with perfect pillows.
the only negative thing, the towel quality wasn't what i expected.

the location was excellent. it was close to the city center. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast staff were friendly too.
The air conditioning would not switch off. it came back on again after i turned it off. the room was freezing and i had difficulty having a decent sleep. the hotel phone rang late at night asking for my details. It was a nuisance.

The location was good , a short walk to the town centre was fine.
The breakfast was abysmal , with mediocre cereal loaded with sugar. Eggs looked dried out on the first day , potatoes looked like leftovers. Not enough staff were on duty , tables remained uncleared, and guests searched for clean cutlery. The gym equipment requires a health and safety check , as straps were missing on bikes.
